You need to be a on masterpage in order to move an item to the foreground or background. Just go to your master, select your item and go to Object Menu > Move To >.

I hope that helps and we just have to wait and see how Muse evolves over time to provide additional capability in this area.

When I sow your post I just went to Adobe site to update my Muse, but when I was looking for “Object > Move to Background or Foreground” on Muse 4.0 there is nothing there. There is no “Object > Move to Background” on my program.
Is anything I can do to solve that? or is this improvement coming on next update?
