@Sallie, an update. I sent your annoyance to the Photoshop Team and they noted a) it was a bug, and b) they agreed it was annoying. It's been sent to the team. Thanks for your feedback and potentially saving others from irritation.

Hey, @Sallie!

I passed your comment along to our friends at Adobe. I know they like to keep an eye on "little but frequently annoying" issues. Thanks for your feedback; voice your opinions here anytime.

I am loving the CS6 free beta! Deke's videos are also great.
I have found one thing that is a down check for me and don't know of another place to voice my opinion.
I make LOTS of layer styles. When I check "New Style" the dialog box to give it a title comes up with the text box UNselected. I have to select the box before I can type. In CS 4 the text box was selected and I could immediately start typing the title. A little thing but frustrating and awkward.
I am very anxious to have the final version and to learn about some of the obvious improvements.
BTW, I work on a Mac.
Thanks......

@Jan agreed. When I saw the video features demo, I thought, "Hey, I could actually use that." Deke's free course has two movies on how that feature works, too.

I'm excited about the video features. Everyone is shooting video these days, including many still photographers. I think they're going to love the ability to work with their video clips to get them looking their best right in Photoshop, without having to go out to another program.
