Hi Bonnie, just came across this article and am glad to see that you're getting the most out of your Office 2010.

The benefits of the new Office 2010 are invaluable to a small business that, in general, do not have an IT staff and need easy to use and inexpensive products. It provides the opportunity for more collaboration, flexibility, productivity, and most importantly, mobility. Office Web Apps will closely mimic the look, feel and functionality of Office desktop software. The cloud service will be included free with the new 2010 versions of Office and SharePoint, Microsoft's Web-based collaboration software.

If any of your readers want to see a demo or try a trial version they can do so at the Microsoft Small Business Center.
